who we are

We have received a few queries about who we are and whether we have any affiliations with organisations, governments or health services.

Although we have many friends who are psychiatric survivor activists, we are simply two independent people, who have had experiences of being held in mental health hospitals against our will.

We are not funded in any way to run this site and we do not wish to collect any identifying information (unless you want us to send you a small token of celebration). All interaction with this website can be entirely anonymous. This site was solely created to, as it states, celebrate small or big acts towards liberty and civil freedoms.
